LEAD is unique in that it provides expert coaching delivered by experienced and professional coaches in a surprisingly cost-effective manner.
LEAD is a structured coaching program typically comprised of six phone-based voluntary, confidential coaching sessions over a three-month period.
- Coaching sessions are conducted by professional coaches specifically trained in leadership development
- Participants develop insights and understanding of their leadership potential and steps needed to achieve that potential
- Strength and opportunity assessments provide an action plan for development
- Goal setting exercises stretch participants to reach for loftier yet achievable goals
